Josh Bowers, MPA is a Senior Analyst for a Federal Law Enforcement organization where he is responsible for $30M a year delivering the goods and services required to fulfill the mission of the agency. He has prior experience in management & budget and contracts & grants at the US Environmental Protection Agency, US Coast Guard, and US Department of Veterans Affairs. He received a bachelor of arts in International Relations from the University of Cincinnati. Professor Bowers holds a master of arts from the University of Kentucky Patterson School of Diplomacy and an MPA from the University of Texas-Arlington.
